- When will my order ship & via what carrier?
Most orders received by 1pm CST will generally ship that same day via USPS Priority Mail, however some orders may take up to 2 business days to ship. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 2-3 business days from shipment date to addresses in the Continental US. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii, are typically a few days longer.
Orders received after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship Monday. If you missed the deadline and really need something sent that day, please email us at orders@sweetbabylane.com.

- Will you overnight my package?

- Do you require a signature?

- Will you ship International?
We ship All International Orders by US Global Priority Mail, or US Global Express Mail, upon request. All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We will ship FPO and APOs via USPS, as well.
*SBL International Shipping Policy
Because we have no control over charges made by different countries, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. And some countries can charge between 10-50% of the price of goods purchased. If you refuse these items at the time of delivery because you don't want to pay the tax, you will still be charged for our shipping, the customs charges and return shipping charges. There may also be additional shipping charges, depending on method of shipment.

- What Size should I order?
Generally, we advise you to buy your PRE-PREGNANCY size.
Most of SweetBabyLane's styles are made of stretch fabrics that fit comfortably. Each style is cut to your regular size with extra room for baby. You can generally follow the chart below. If a style runs a big or small we will note it on the particular item.

- What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
SweetBabyLane.com will provide a full refund for merchandise returned within 14-days from the date you receive the merchandise, provided the item is unused, tags attached and in its original condition. Once the returned item is received at our office, you will receive a credit on your credit card for the amount that you paid within one billing cyclePlease note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return/exchange is a result of a SBL error.
- You may exchange clothing for the same item in a different size and/or color.
- If you received a gift, and would like to return an item, we will issue you a SBL credit toward your next purchase with SBL.
- SBL will not accept returns or exchanges of lingerie, swimwear, and/or personal beauty products (lotions, oils, etc.).
- SBL will not refund any special promotions or discounts and/or shipping costs, unless the return/exchange is a result of a SBL error.
- Because we are a specialized online boutique, sale items may only be returned for a merchandise credit. Sorry, no refunds.
- Items marked 50% off or more, are FINAL SALES. No returns or refunds.

- How do I complete my Return?
Step 1: Email us at returns@sweetbabylane.com or call us at 469-682-4868 to obtain a return authorization number.
Step 2: Write your return authorization number(s) on the packing slip, circle the item you're returning, and include this slip in the box along with the item(s) and its original packaging material. Please send the package to:

Step 3:
When returning the package to SBL, you may use whatever carrier you prefer. However,we recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back at our office. We will send you an email when your return has been processed, and you will see a credit to your card within one billing cycle. If you are returning gift or sale merchandise, we will email you with your in-store credit information.
*NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

- How do I Exchange Something?
Exchanges are treated the same as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color, please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it is sent (via USPS Priority Mail) and will received credit for the exchanged item once it is received by SBL. If you need the new item quickly, please let us know in your request. There may be an additional charge for Express Shipping.
If you need to exchange a gift, please contact us via email at returns@sweetbabylane.com or call us at 469-682-4868 to obtain an RA#. If you know that item(s) you would like to exchange for, please note the items on your packing slip OR, if you'd just like a merchandise credit, just make that note on the packing slip, as well. We will contact you with your credit amount and code once it is processed. If the new items total more than the amount of your credit, we will contact you for payment information before the new items ship. Thanks!
We always try to keep our website current, but sometimes we have a higher demand for an item. If an items is backordered or no longer available, we will contact you to let you know.
